1. Order Processing & Shipping Cost
Every order is prepared with care before it is dispatched.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–4 business days for order review, preparation, inspection, and packaging before shipment.
Busy Seasons
During holidays, promotional periods, or other high-volume times, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Fee
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 per order.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on destination and local carrier conditions.

3. Tracking Information
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking details.
Please keep in mind:
- Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment is created
- A delay in tracking activity does not necessarily mean the package is not moving
- Carrier scans can sometimes appear after the parcel has already entered transit
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international deliveries, orders may be shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
This means:
- Any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer
- Relvioran™ is not liable for customs-related delays once the package reaches the destination country
For many smaller home and household items, extra fees may not apply, but customs policies vary from one region to another.
5. Order Changes and Cancellation Requests
Because we begin handling orders quickly, requests for edits or cancellations must be submitted as soon as possible.
If you need to update your shipping information or request cancellation, please contact us at:
Requests should be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
After an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.
6. Damaged or Missing Packages
We want every order to arrive safely and in good condition.
Items Damaged on Arrival
If your package is delivered with visible damage, please email us a photo of the item within 72 hours of delivery.
After review, we will arrange a replacement when eligible.
Packages Confirmed Lost
If the shipping carrier confirms that the package has been lost in transit, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
