3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

To help us process the claim faster, please include clear photos of:

  • The item received
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label, if applicable

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some products are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We do not process direct product swaps in all cases.

If you would like a different item, the usual process is:

6. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For customers located in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to applicable consumer regulations.

To qualify under this right:

  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition
  • It must be returned with original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

This statutory right applies where required by law, even if it differs from our standard return timeframe.


7. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • The refund will be sent back to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval

Please keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
